A: First of all, there is some synergy between us and Scooters India because Scooters India is into manufacturing of front engine three wheelers and Atul Auto is perhaps the only company in India, which is into front engine manufacturing as well as rear engine manufacturing. So, that is the synergy between us and Scooters India that our product line is same.
A: Yes, expansion program has already started. We are expanding our capacity, in fact we are doubling our capacity from 24000 to 48000 and from 12 months from now we shall achieve that capacity.
Bangalore, Aug 23: Two auto rickshaw drivers were arrested in Bangalore for robbing empty houses and compelled six women to get into 'live in' relationship.
B Raja, one of the accused driver, used to steal auto rickshaws, changed its parts, and kept plying it on the city roads.

According to reports,government plans to offer upto 74 percent stake in Scooters India. ScootersIndia, in which the government owns about 95 percent, reported a Rs 220 millionloss in the fiscal year ending March 2010, according to data on the BSE.
The company which sold twowheelers under the brands Vijai Super and Lambretta, discontinued two-wheelerproduction in 1997. Mahindra, which has signed a preliminary agreement foracquiring Korean automaker Ssangyong Motor, is looking at it to add to itsthree-wheeler portfolio, the company sources said.
